New features, new tools, and what just shipped on ShredMentor.
Stretching Reminders are now LIVE!
(They've actually been live for a few days, but the animated diagrams are now fully in place.)
Thanks to ShredMentor member Matthew K. for the reminder to implement this into the regular practice flow!
Now, when you begin your practice routine, there's an automatic walk-through, with on-screen timers, guiding you through the most important stretches to do before practice.
If you're practicing for speed training, then these are an absolute must, but even if not, it's a good habit to get into before practice, no matter what your practice goals are.
How it works:
- Go to your user dashboard.
- Click "Practice Now" on today's practice items in your routine.
- When the dialog appears, click "Start Stretching Now" and follow along.
- If you need a more in-depth demonstration, click "Watch the Stretches Video" (or click on the thumbnail).
- Once you're finished (or if you've already done your stretches for the day), click on "I've stretched - start practice" and you'll be taken to your practice routine automatically.
