/* SM-675 -- the ONE shared "big countdown digits" typography, LIFTED out of
   practice-timer.css so a second consumer can reuse it without restating the
   font (AGENTS.md: a fork is a defect).

   WHY THIS FILE EXISTS. Jason, 2026-09-04: the stretch reminder's per-stretch
   countdown must look "just like the timer that appears on the exercise chain
   interface, a little smaller, same font and same look" -- that is
   practice-timer.css's .pt-display (Orbitron, digit+colon subset). But the
   reminder renders on FIVE surfaces and only THREE of them load
   practice-timer.css:

     exercise_viewer.html   loads practice-timer.css   yes
     chain_viewer.html      loads practice-timer.css   yes
     routine_viewer.html    loads practice-timer.css   yes
     me/dashboard.html      loads practice-timer.css   NO
     practice/routine_builder.html (PRB)               NO

   So the digits would fall back to Open Sans on two of the five. The SM-675
   contract's two options were (a) double-load practice-timer.css on those two
   pages or (b) lift the digit rule into a shared home -- (b), taken here.

   HOW IT IS CONSUMED. Two stylesheets depend on the rule below:

     practice-timer.css     ->  .pt-display               (the timer widget readout)
     stretch-reminder.css   ->  .sm-countdown-digits      (the stretch countdown)

   Neither of them @imports this file. It is linked by TEMPLATE, through
   {% assetv 'tools/shared/countdown-digits.css' %}, immediately above the link to
   whichever of those two the page loads -- because an @import cannot carry a
   template-resolved ?v= and would therefore leave this an unversioned asset outside
   the registry's cache-busting (SM-675 round 3; gate 7). Every template that links
   practice-timer.css OR stretch-reminder.css links this one first. A new consumer of
   either must add this link too.

   .pt-display is named in the selector list below rather than added as a second
   class in practice-timer.js, because practice-timer.js is a forbidden path for
   SM-675 and the class it writes must keep working byte-for-byte.

   SIZE IS DELIBERATELY NOT SET HERE. Each consumer sizes its own readout
   (practice-timer.css: 14px base, 6rem in .ev-timer-slot; stretch-reminder.css:
   4rem in .sr-count) -- this file owns the font identity only, which is exactly
   the part that was being duplicated.

   The Orbitron @import is the SAME glyph-SUBSET load practice-timer.css has used
   since SM-494 (static/tools/5min/index.html's own idiom -- Google Fonts with a
   `text=` subset rather than the whole family). practice-timer.css keeps its own
   copy of that @import line too: identical URL, so the browser fetches it once,
   and a page that loads practice-timer.css alone still gets the font. */
