1. Membership Enrollment via Patreon

As of February 9, 2025, all ShredMentor memberships are managed exclusively through the ShredMentor Patreon. Your Patreon membership tier determines your access to various resources, including:

  • Guitar Practice Tools – Available through ShredMentorOnline.com, accessible only to Patreon members.
  • ShredMentor Discord Community:
    • CORE Members ($15/month) – Can ask general questions via the Patreon Community Chat or through Patreon direct messages.
    • VIP Members and Above ($25/month and up) – Full access to the ShredMentor Discord, including email support, Q&A, exclusive VIP Challenges, and additional resources.

Existing members with active PayPal subscriptions will continue under their current plans until they choose to cancel or transition to Patreon.

2. Membership Structure

ShredMentor operates on a membership-based model to provide consistent, structured training. Your recurring payment gives you access to the benefits of your selected Patreon tier. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Membership benefits may include:
✔ Up to two 1-on-1 coaching sessions per month (depending on your tier).
✔ Access to all Patreon-exclusive training content.
✔ 24/7 access to Guitar Practice Tools on ShredMentor.com (for active members only).
✔ Support through designated Patreon and Discord channels (based on membership tier).

3. Scheduling & Sessions

  • One-on-One Coaching Calls – All private lessons are conducted via Zoom. You may schedule up to two per month (if included in your tier).
  • Group Coaching Calls – Available to members at specified tiers, also conducted via Zoom.
  • Initial Strategy Call – PLUS ($190) and ULTIMATE ($250) members receive a one-time Initial Strategy Call shortly after joining.

4. Refund Policy

Since ShredMentor provides digital content and online coaching, all membership payments are non-refundable once processed.

  • If you wish to cancel, please do so before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled coaching session, please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions do not roll over to the next month.

5. Physical Products

For any physical products (such as books), orders are printed on demand.

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, all sales are final.
  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., printing defect) and you placed the order directly with ShredMentor, contact us for a replacement.
  • We cannot offer a replacement for products purchased directly through 3rd party vendors like Amazon KDP or Printify. For issues with those orders, you will need to contact customer service at that particular company.

6. Membership Payments

  • Payments are automated through Patreon. Your payment method will be charged on the same day each month based on your original subscription date.
  • If you need to cancel, update your membership settings on Patreon before the next billing date.

7. No Sharing of Access or Content

Your ShredMentor membership is for your personal use only. You may not share, distribute, or give access to:

  • Patreon-exclusive content (lesson materials, backing tracks, videos, the ShredMentor Patreon feed, etc.).
  • The ShredMentor Discord server (access is based on Patreon membership).
  • Guitar Practice Tools on ShredMentorOnline.com.

If you share content or access with non-members, your membership will be immediately terminated without a refund, and legal action may be taken.

8. No-Tolerance Policy for Disruptive Behavior

To ensure a positive learning environment for all members, ShredMentor does not allow discussions or content related to:

  • Politics
  • Religion
  • Spam or self-promotion
  • Any disruptive, inflammatory, or inappropriate behavior

This applies during coaching calls, on Patreon, and in the Discord community.

🔴 Violation of this policy will result in immediate removal from ShredMentor without warning and without a refund.

9. Terms & Policy Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in services or policies. Any significant changes will be communicated via Patreon and Discord.

By joining ShredMentor, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that violating any policies may result in the loss of membership privileges.
